• Process a refund for the unavailable item.

4. Order Placement and Confirmation

Once an order is placed:

• You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
• Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders).
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to invalid payment, stock unavailability, or delivery limitations.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept major payment modes such as:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• UPI / Wallets
• Net Banking

We use secure and encrypted payment gateways to ensure your data protection.

6. Delivery

We deliver within our serviceable areas through trusted cold-chain logistics partners. Delivery slots are subject to availability and local conditions. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address for delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we may not be able to reattempt the same order.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a no-return policy. Refunds or replacements are processed only if:

• The product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery, and
• You report it within 5 hours with photo and video proof.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation or refund is not permitted.

In the case of prepaid orders canceled in time, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.

10. User Responsibilities

• Issues arising from improper storage or handling of products after delivery.
• Delays caused by external factors (weather, strikes, traffic, etc.).

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
