Is the meat fresh or frozen?

We run a zero-storage policy: most orders are procured and cut specifically for your delivery rather than held in cold storage. That's also why we don't offer same-day delivery — place your order in advance for a delivery date, and procurement happens on that day.

What's the delivery fee?

Delivery is Rs. 100 for your first order. After that, a fixed per-customer delivery fee applies, generally between Rs. 80 and Rs. 200 depending on where you are in Bengaluru.

How are orders delivered?

Orders go out through our cold-chain delivery partners. Delivery slots depend on your area and current availability — see the Delivery page for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Credit and debit cards, UPI, wallets and net banking, all through a secure encrypted payment gateway. We never store your card or banking details on our servers.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Accepted Answer

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled or incorrect, contact us with photo or video proof within 5 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement, usually the same day or the next day.

Can I cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you cancel before the start of the day your order is scheduled for delivery. Once an order is packed or dispatched it can't be cancelled or refunded, since procurement is done specifically for that order.

What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

We'll offer an equivalent alternative or process a refund for the unavailable item — whichever you prefer.

Can I build a customized meal plan for my pet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Build Your Meal Plan tool lets you choose proteins, organs and treats, plan meals day by day, multiply that into a week, and schedule delivery on the day of your choice.

Is there a minimum age to order?
