Where and how we deliver

We currently deliver across Bengaluru, Karnataka. Enter your address at checkout to confirm your area is serviceable — coverage and available delivery slots can vary by location.

Orders go out through our cold-chain delivery partners, most of which are outsourced rather than an in-house fleet today. We cover part of the delivery cost alongside customers to keep pricing reasonable across the city.

Delivery fees

Your first order carries a flat Rs. 100 delivery fee. After that, a fixed per-customer delivery fee applies based on your location — typically between Rs. 80 and Rs. 200 across Bengaluru.

Why we don't offer same-day delivery

We hold zero cold storage. Meat is procured and prepared specifically for your order on the day it's delivered, not pulled from a stored batch. That's the trade-off for freshness — place your order in advance for the delivery date you want, and we'll do the sourcing on that day.

Scheduling and availability

Choose a delivery day at checkout, or set a recurring day for a weekly meal-plan order. Please make sure someone can receive the order at the scheduled time — since orders are perishable and prepared to date, we may not be able to reattempt delivery if you're unavailable.
